These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Tabkit, a Chrome extension and related services operated by ABOOTO PTE. LTD. (“we”, “us”, “our”). By installing or using Tabkit, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

Tabkit is a Chrome browser extension that replaces your new tab page with an AI-powered workspace featuring bookmark management, AI assistant, and trending content aggregation.

2. Account and Authentication

You must sign in with a Google account to use Tabkit. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account. You must not share your account or use another person’s account without permission.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the extension
• Abuse the API or attempt to circumvent usage limits
• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users’ data
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the service

4. Subscription and Payment

Free tier: Includes core bookmark features and limited AI usage (5 requests/day).

Founding Member: A one-time lifetime purchase ($19.99) with enhanced AI usage (30 requests/day) and exclusive features. Payment is processed through LemonSqueezy. “Lifetime” refers to the lifetime of the Tabkit product. If the Tabkit service is permanently discontinued, founding member benefits will end with the product.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for Founding Member purchases. If you are not satisfied, contact [email protected] within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.

6. Intellectual Property

Tabkit and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ABOOTO PTE. LTD. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your bookmarks and personal data remain your property. We do not claim ownership of user-generated content.

7. AI-Generated Content

The AI assistant provides suggestions and responses based on your bookmarks and queries. AI-generated content is provided “as is” and should not be relied upon as professional advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI responses.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, updates, or security reasons.

9. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated through the extension or via email. Continued use of Tabkit after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Singapore.
